1.To start the process of having your hair system custom-made we will need a template or your measurements for the base, and a color sample of your hair or color number. Click on the link below for instruction on making a base template. This will insure you will get a perfectly sized and contour base of your head. A color sample is best to get a perfect match, but you can select a color from our chart.
2. Complete the form below and mail your template, and hair color samples to the address below.
3. Once we receive your template and hair sample we will contact you if we need additional information for the details for your custom made hair system.
