Shipping Method
Shipping charges include packaging, handling, insurance and the shipping cost for United States Postal Service Priority Mail, United Parcel Service Ground or United States Global Priority Mail unless otherwise notified. Hair color matching and other processes delay delivery of in stock hair product. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Custom-made hair product can take up to 6 weeks for manufacturing, shipping and clearing International and United States Customs inspections. In the event you have not received you order within the time frames above please contact our customer service department listed above.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy: When making a purchase from Yahair, Hair Elite, Toupee-Tape.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide our customers with a hair system that is perfect for them. We do not make refunds! We will exchange your hair system if you are dissatisfied for any reason and the unit is return to us within 10 days of purchase, in new condition never being altered by anyone including our company associates, cut, styled, brushed, colored and etc or used. In replacing a unit it may require additional time for making a custom hairpiece and can take up to 4-6 weeks.
We would rather you try to contact us first before you deny payment of our service through your credit card company. Simply denying payment is problematic for everyone. It jeopardizes your credit bureau standing, we have no choice but to blacklist your card, and it causes problems for us. Also please note that after a refund we will be unable to accept you as a client in the future. So please, if you would like a refund for reasons that are very specific, drop us a short email with this basic information and we will try to make a serious effort to solve your complaint.

Yahair does not offer refunds on hairpieces, toupees, or wigs Exchange Only in brand new condition. Many State laws do not permit certain personal items to be return to a retailer and then re-sold due to possible cross contamination causing health issue. Yahair respects these laws and must comply with these restrictions irregardless of the state you reside. Yahair will exchange stock hairpieces, toupees, and wigs if the color does not match and the hairpieces, toupees and wigs will be inspected and must be in new condition, never been worn or tried on, styled, cut, or colored. The hair product should be in the orgianal packaging with all shipping documents, invoices and returned within 10 days from your delivery date. Yahair will not pay return shipping charges. Be sure you are knowledgeable of the products your are purchasing. Sending Yahair your hair sample and base template eliminates many errors in color and size.

Our Hair Systems are hand made with each hair being handtied and color matched. Hair color matching is done by counting numerous different colored hairs to obtain the perfect match we expect to offer you, our customers.
It takes a few extra days for delivery due to the process of matching hair colors, size, and styles for our customer. The wait will be worth it once you experience the detail that goes into each hair system.
